In Mastering Culture & Communication: Building Trust & Collaboration, we will work on creating optimal conditions for effective communication strategy by exploring the way your franchise system is structured and how to cultivate a healthy culture that incorporates trust, collaboration, mutual supportiveness and relationship commitment. We will learn how to seek win-win above win-lose to reflect the interdependent nature of franchising and we will develop an appropriate communication strategy to match the conditions created.

Communication accelerators will also be considered to automate communication journeys and free up resources for rich, effective communication methods.

Jan Timms is a successful businesswoman and well-known franchising expert with extensive practical experience in sales, marketing, and learning and development.

Jan is a well-known figure in the franchise sector, holding a PhD in franchising success factors, a Master of Management, a Graduate Diploma in Learning and Development (L&D), a Diploma of Marketing, and a Diploma of Franchising.

Jan's dedication to the franchise community extends beyond her research and publications. Jan is an expert in the development of systems and processes that are supported by evidence for the purpose of achieving success in franchising.​
